Shipping:

Shipping to UK is free and takes approx 7 working days for delivery once your order has been placed. Shipping times may take slightly longer during peak seasons. For rest of the world shipping, please place your items in the cart and then select your destination country, shipping costs will then be calculated in the cart.

Returns:

You have 30 days to return any unwanted or damaged items. Please return in same condition as was sent to you. To return an item/s please contact us via email at info@macyfrench.com and we will respond within 48hrs. If an item arrived damaged we will send out a replacement without any need for return or if an item is unwanted, return shipping costs will be buyers responsibility. Once an item/s have been returned a refund will be issued within 7 days.
